ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Our orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). During seasonal/peak times (i.e. Black Friday, Christmas) order processing could take up to 7-10 business days, processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience while we process your order.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS:
We will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
SHIPPING TIMES:
We ship in and from the United States. Orders shipping with in the United States will generally arrive within 3-7 days after the processing time.
SHIPPING COST:
- Orders in the US with an order value of $49.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate fee of $10.
- Orders in the US with an order value of $50.00 - $199.99 have a flat rate of $12.95
- Orders in the US with an order value of $200.00 or more receive FREE SHIPPING.
Lost Pick-Up is Available:
- Locals are welcome to choose "local pick-up".
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we cannot update shipping addresses. Please contact us at dexquisitestyles@gmail.com for any questions or concerns.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. 'RETURN TO SENDER'
Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be contacted for updated address and payment for second ship.
